Founded in 2019, QS was created with the purpose of supporting the metalworking industry in structuring and improving its management systems, offering complete solutions — from technical inspections to the implementation of strategic and structuring projects, with a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certifications.
Our work goes beyond consulting: we deliver real value from diagnosis to execution, with services focused on Quality Management, Project Management and Mechanical Engineering, combining technical experience, innovation and commitment to results. We also offer specialized inspection services, applied engineering and continuous process improvement, always based on data, technology and consolidated practices.

Founder
Julio Cesar Carvalho
With over 18 years of experience in the metalworking industry, working in the light, medium, heavy and super-heavy segments. Specialist in Quality Control, Assurance and Engineering, he has a solid track record in the implementation, auditing and certification of management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 standards.
Throughout his career, he has held technical and managerial positions — from inspector to quality manager — and, for the past 6 years, he has been leading consulting projects in companies from various sectors, such as energy, mining, pulp and paper, oil and gas, among others. His work includes Lean Manufacturing, construction management, supplier approval, internal auditor training and continuous improvement projects.
